Description:
Life Coaching constitutes a collaborative endeavor characterized by a non-legal alliance between the Life Coach and the Client. It involves a transformative process aimed at stimulating the Client's pursuit of health and personal objectives while equipping them with the necessary tools to manifest their envisioned life.

Responsibilities:
The Client undertakes responsibility for fostering their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. 
The Life Coach disclaims liability for any direct or indirect consequences of the services rendered. 
The Client acknowledges that coaching does not replace therapy, medical advice, or professional consultation and commits to seeking such guidance independently.

Services:
The parties commit to weekly (bi-weekly as needed) 60-minute coaching sessions via Google Meet or Zoom Meetings Video Conference. Session scheduling and duration will be determined jointly at the program's outset.

Check-ins:
Interim support will be facilitated through What’s App texts and audio messages, ensuring ongoing engagement and progress.

Schedule & Fees:
This agreement becomes effective as of the specified date. The fee for the entire program, comprising either 12 or 24  sessions, is payable in advance via Zelle. 
An invoice will be provided upon confirmation.

Procedure:
Session timing will be mutually agreed upon, with sessions commencing weekly as scheduled. Clients will receive session confirmations and Google Meet links via email. Depending on the selected package, all sessions must be completed within three or six months.

Confidentiality:
The confidentiality of the coaching relationship and all client-shared information is upheld in accordance with ethical standards. Exceptions include information known prior to disclosure, publicly available knowledge, data obtained independently, or disclosures mandated by law.

Cancellation Policy:
Either party must provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule a session. Failure to do so may incur a $90 fee. The Life Coach will wait for 10 minutes on the designated platform before considering the Client's absence. Your decision to embark on this transformative journey is greatly appreciated.
